Customer EFTs can be set for automatic cancelation after a certain number of consecutive declines.
(Automatic EFT drafts only) You can set the number of consecutive declined payments before cancellation, to align with your business’s specific needs.

If enabled, this feature will set a cancelation date (last tan date) on the customer's account once the number of consecutive declined draft attempts has been reached and will cancel the membership after this date.
Every time a cancellation date is set, you will receive an email with the account info and dates that were set for cancelation. Please contact support if this email is not being received on your end.
Any Add-on EFTs will be removed from the customer account along with the EFT. You can also reach out to support to request all Credits, ISA, and Bonus Bucks to be automatically removed when EFTs are canceled.
How to set Automatic Cancelation for Future Sales
Go to Packages >Update Packages and select from your list of active/inactive EFT packages. A different number of declines can be set for each EFT package.
Then, go to the Package Start/End Dates & Activation section and enter the Number of Attempts Before Auto Cancel as needed. Make sure you click on UPDATE PACKAGE at the bottom to save your changes.

When the EFT is sold to new customers, the autocancel settings will also be added to the account.
If the number of declined drafts is reached, the system will add a Last Tan Date to the account and expire the EFT accordingly.
You’ll receive an email notification when an account is scheduled for cancellation. No action is needed unless you wish to prevent cancellation, which you can easily do by clearing the Last Tan Date date from the account.

Set Auto Cancellation for Existing EFT Customers.
Please note that any changes made to your EFT packages will apply to new signups only and will not be updated on customers who already had the EFT before the changes.
If you need to apply this to existing customers, then you can add or edit Auto Cancel settings for each customer individually.
From the customer's account, click on More Details > Accounts Details/History and scroll down to the section displayed below:

Click on DO NOT AUTO CANCEL and enter the Number of Decline Attempts as needed. Then press Enter on your Keyboard to save the changes.
