The front screen is divided into sections.
Top Left Window - Location and Sales
This window shows each location as well as the daily sale, number of customers or sessions, depending on your settings and that staff that is working at the location. A time is indicated if an employee logs in past the scheduled time.
You can also click on the location to see a detail of the day's sales and services history.
Managers and above can see all staff's sales. Staff only see theirs.
Or you can choose a different date to view the activity related to another date from the calendar on the top right of the screen.
Bottom Left Window - Chat
The chat window is where staff can communicate with each other from all locations. The chat is connected to texting as well. Once configured, staff can message managers or owners from the chat by specifying their name and the message will be sent by text to the manager/owner. The manager/owner can respond to the text from their phone, and the response will appear here. If one has access to the site outside of the salon, anything they type into the Internal Chat area will be viewed by all at all locations. The following can be typed into the chat area to create emoji's in the chat line: #tan, #dance, #gigem, #roll, #gogirl, # shootme, #fail.
Top Center Window - Notice Board
The notice window can be used for any staff communication, promotions or any other information to distribute to the staff. There are multiple screens available so you can scroll through to view the various notices.
Admins can enable and disable notices for certain locations or all locations by clicking on the location to place a check mark next to it. The pencil icon allows admins to update the notice. The system can allow up to 10 notice boards and this can be edited under General Settings.
Top Right Window - Quick Reports/Scorecard
The right window can show various reports, scorecard and metrics. A variety of reports are available to be enabled on the right side, some viewable to staff and others to admin. If enabled, an employee can view MCP (Membership Close Percentage), PCA (Product/Service per Client Average), Member PCA (Product/Service sale PCA to EFT members only), PPCA (Product per Client Average), if integrated with your site any training courses remaining to take, Bonus/Tips earned for current month, # of Lotions Sold, upcoming appointments and much more.
Center Bottom Window - Beds and Sales Ticker
For all employees logged in at the salon, the center bottom screen shows status of all beds. The screen may show beds that are clean and ready for use (Green), Running beds (Orange), Dirty (Brown), or Yellow (Waiting to start). It will also show the customer currently in a bed or service or the last one that used it.
Clicking on any service (except for Norvell AutoRev Booth) will allow you to pause and then reset the bed from this screen.
You can also enable an option to TEST the bed for 2 minutes, which is useful to test a piece of equipment without setting a session. This will send two minutes to the Tmax timer without logging the session as a tan. This helps keep your tanner count accurate.
If an Admin, when you are not connected to any equipment (for example if using from home), the bottom window can show a live ticker of daily sales.
