You can easily email your customers a copy of their signed agreements from your Tan-Link site.
Any email address or email account with a personalized domain can be added. Tan-Link will send agreements and email receipts on your behalf once you complete the setup steps listed below.
1. Go to the General Settings icon on the left side menu. Then click on General Settings.
On the next screen, you will see a SEARCH box on the top left.
2. Search for Email Settings in the Heading box and press ENTER to search.
3. For each of the options listed, you will enter the required info without any spaces.
The options listed here need to be configured depending on your email account.
Gmail
Email Settings: SMTP Authentication: 1
Email Settings: SMTP Port: 465
Email Settings: SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Email Settings: SMTP SSL: 1
Email Settings: Email Password: <App password obatined from google settings, see below>
For Gmail accounts, you must create an App Password. This must be completed from your email settings.

*Note: The App password must be entered without any extra spaces, hyphens, or any other symbols, only enter the 16-digit app password.
Yahoo
Email Settings: SMTP Authentication: 1
Email Settings: SMTP Port: 465
Email Settings: SMTP Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Email Settings: SMTP SSL: 1
Email Settings: Email Password: <obtained from yahoo, see below>
You must create an App Password. Here is a link with instructions. How to create an App Password on Yahoo. ** When choosing the App being used, select OTHER and enter "Tan-Link"
Office 360
Email Settings: SMTP Authentication: 1
Email Settings: SMTP Port: 587
Email Settings: SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com

GoDaddy.com SMTP settings

OTHER EMAIL PROVIDERS: For other email providers, google 'SMTP settings' and you will find the settings required.
VERIFY THAT EMAIL IS WORKING
Once you have updated all the steps, please go to Packages > Test Agreement Email.
IMPORTANT*** For this test, you will need to use an email address that is DIFFERENT from the one your site sends emails from.
Please contact support if you see any errors during this test. Also please check your SPAM folder if the screen shows the email was sent and you did not receive the email
