There are 2 pop-up note options on customer accounts. There is one that is viewable to all staff, and there is one that is viewable for management only. Only management and admin profiles are able to add Special Notes and Manager Notes to customer accounts.
To edit these notes, go to the customer's profile, click More Details and then Account Details/ History.
Under Account Details, scroll down to Special Note. Click where it says "None" and type in the pop-up message. Press enter to save.
On the customer's main screen a pop-up will appear. Employees will have the option to press Close or Delete This Note when they see the pop-up.
To add a Management Only note, follow the steps above and scroll down to Managers Only Note - visible only to managers.
Following the same steps, a note can be added that only those with security level manager or above will be able to see.
Please note that the pop-up note viewable to all staff will override the pop-up for management only. If you would like to add a nightly sticky of Account Changes, which will include deletion of Managers Notes and Special Notes, please email Tech Support.
