Some reasons you may want to remove a customer's credit card information from their account include:
1. Membership has expired
2. Person paying for membership doesn't want to any longer (mom/dad, ex-boyfriend, ex-girlfriend)
3. Expired Credit card
To do this, go to the customer's account by searching their name or account number in Find Member and click More Details, then click Account Details/ History.
Then, click the Billing tab at the top of the screen and click the Delete Primary Info to remove the credit card information. This can also be done with Backup Credit Card information as well.
After clicking Delete Primary Info, a pop up will ask you if you are sure you want to delete this information permanently. Click OK and the information will be deleted from your Tan-Link system.
