Setting up your online store through Tan-Link is easy. This article is about how to put your tanning packages into your online store. Please also review the guide on how to add products to the online store: Click here.

Please note, that any agreements that are attached to your packages sold online, will be waiting for signature on the customer's account. The agreement signature is required to allow access to beds and customers should sign these agreements once they visit the salon to redeem their purchases.
You can choose which packages are visible online for customers to purchase.
Go to Packages > Update Packages and select the package that you want to be listed in your online store. Then click on the Selling Online Tab.
In the Available Online drop down, you should select Yes if you want it to show up on your online store.
Under Online Description, add the description of your package how you would like your online customer to see it. In this example, we made fonts larger, used bullet points, and changed font color for important information to stand out:
Under Special Note for Staff on Purchase, this is a pop-up reminder that will show when the customer will come in to the salon redeem the online purchase. Your employees will have the option to just close the pop-up or to delete it after reading.
In this example, we created a pop-up reminding employees that the customer get $10.00 off of BluMinerals sealant.
Once the customer has purchased the package, a pop-up will show up on the customer's account.
If left blank, there will not be a pop-up on the customer's account.
Lastly, for the Online Store Image, you can upload a photo of your choice. Make sure you Tanning Service image is resized to 350x350 px so that your store does not skew your images on your online store. We suggest using ResizeImage.net or PicMonkey.com to resize and edit your images.
Upload your image by clicking the Browse button and locating the image file.
If you want this to be online only and not available in the salon, go to the Package Availability tab and change the Sellable drop-down to No.
You can also update the Search Rank in this section, which will determine how high up on your online store and in your register this package will show. The lower the number, the higher up on the list it will pop-up. In this instance, we have it set for 200 so that it is first on our online store.
Make sure in the following remainder of the page you have all of the information set up properly, the base price, tax, beds included in the package, sessions, EFT information, or whatever else would be relevant to the sale of the package.
Click Update Package.
You should then be able to go to your store, which will be https://yoursalon.tan-link.com/shop, and your online Tanning Service will be listed.
