Tracking parts and lamp hours of beds is beneficial for salon owners to see the cost of tanning. To enable tracking on your site, please contact Support.
Go to Management > Equipment > Maintenance Parts
This is where you will add the items you want to try. Here is an example of what your maintenance parts might look like. You only need one entry for each type of part, even if the part goes into several beds - such as common lamps. If you track acrylic hours or anything else maintenance related such as preventive maintenance, add those as parts as well, such as 'Filter change'. Do not use '-' or quotes in the naming of equipment and parts.
After all parts are added, you can now track them under Management > Equipment > Update Beds at the bottom.
The entry you log is the date that change was made. As long as you know when that was done, you can add that date and it will calculate the usage based on the check-in history and minutes for that bed.
For the Previous Hours to Add, put the hours used that were logged in your previous software.
Maintenance Log Report
Once you have the equipment's tracking enabled, you could generate a report after 24 hours. Go to Reports > Maintenance Log - All Locations under Equipment Reports > select a date range > REPORT.
