There are a variety of reports that are available for the right-hand side main window in TL. Choose from one or more of the following options. Setup may be required and additional fee may apply to some options, please inquire support for details.
Goals Window
- Show training courses pending for the employee (requires Talent LMS)
- Membership Close Percentage (MCP) - A ratio of the number of memberships sold to the number of opportunities you had to sell a membership, or convert a WALKIN MEMBER
- Product Per Client Average (PCA) - Product Sale divided by number of total tanner count
- Member Per Client Averge (PCA) - Product/Service sale PCA to EFT members only
- Adjustments - adjust tanner counts down (allowing PCA to increase) for doing good, adjust it up for issues.
- Net Product PCA - Product PCA adjusted for tanner count adjustment
- Net Member PCA - Member PCA adjusted for tanner count adjustment
- Bonus/Tips - Bonus and Tips totaled up for the employee
- Pay Rate Calculator - Show effective pay rate to the employee that includes base pay, tips and any other bonuses divided by the number of hours worked. Requires use of built-in schedule.
Other Options
- Show appointments for the day on the right side
- Dollar/Tanner - a simplifed version of goals that shows all staff ranked based on their sale/tanner. A goal line can be set and staff below the goal line will show in red.
- View total monthly sale this year to date, last year to date, and last full year
- Number of lotions sold and $ amount
- Memberships (EFTs) sold
