Whenever a signature is required for a package purchase, an agreement can be created and attached to the package. A package may be configured with multiple agreements to be signed.
The customer must tap on each bullet point to add their initials before the signature line is displayed for customers to sign. The saved PDF agreement document will show both the initials and the signature.
Agreements can be Added and Edited by going to Packages > Update Agreements.

Any text formatting used here will also be applied when the digital agreement is displayed and saved as a PDF. You can also use external formatting and copy the formatted text in the Details box.
Click on UPDATE AGREEMENT to save your changes.
Add a new Agreement
To add a new agreement, you will select another similar agreement, and select COPY Agreement.
In the new window that appears you will enter the new Agreement TAG and configure the options listed below:
Agreement Tags
Each agreement has an Agreement Tag that can be attached to your packages.
When a package is sold, the customer will be asked to read and sign an agreement that includes every policy on the attached agreement tags.
By default, Tan-Link includes a few Agreement Tags that connect to "actions" performed in Tan-Link.
Agreements with the tags listed below will automatically populate on the tablet when important actions occur. The following Tags are related to actions in Tan-Link.
BillingInfoChange : when the primary or backup billing info is changed
FreezePolicy: When a membership is frozen
UnFreezePolicy: When a membership is unfrozen
CancelPolicy: When a customer cancels their account and a signature is required
MembershipChangePolicy: When a customer upgrades or downgrades their EFT.
AutobillPolicy : when somebody opts for AutoBill.
Bullet Points:
Every bullet number with the same Agreement Tag will be linked together. For instance, all of the bullet numbers attached to AutobillPolicy will populate as a single agreement when billing is updated on a customer's account.
Any agreement tag will allow as many bullet points as needed. Please ensure the bullet point Number is not duplicated. If 2 bullet points have the same number, then none will display on the Digital Agreement.
Title and Heading.
The Title can be the same for all bullet points under each Agreement Tag.
The Heading will help you identify each bullet point and will also display on the digital agreement.
If the heading for bullet point 1 is BILLING UPDATE, and the heading for Bullet Point 2 is PAST DUE FEES, the digital agreement will display heading names in that order. See example below:
