Agreements can be accessed by going to Management > Packages > Update Agreements or by Management > Packages > Update Agreements (master edit). Below is how they will be viewed under Update Agreements.
Whenever a signature is required for a package purchase, an agreement can be created and attached to the package. A package may require multiple agreements to be signed.
The Master Edit option will show the agreements closer to the format the customer will view the agreement on the iPad. If there are multiple bullet points for an agreement, they will appear in order as shown below.
Each package has an Agreement Tag or Tag (depending on which option was selected to pull up the agreement), which connects the agreement with the "action" in Tan-Link. Every bullet number with the same Agreement Tag/Tag will be linked together. For instance, all of the bullet numbers, liable to be attached with FIT/Sauna Waiver will have the same Agreement Tag/Tag. When a package is purchased, the customer has to initial each bullet point prior to signing the agreement. Both the initials AND the signature will show on all signed and stored PDF's.
The Heading mentioned, will be displayed in the left pane, where all agreements are listed.
