Go to Customer’s Account > MORE DETAILS. On the customer's profile, you will see a SELL BY TEXT and a SELL BY EMAIL button to the right of the Review Buttons.
After clicking on the desired option, you can select which products or services you would like the customer to be able to purchase. The system will either text or email that link to them.
**Please note this will only work if there is a number in the CELL BOX in the customer’s account. Once you see the icon next to the phone number as below, as long as a cell phone number and NOT a land line you will be able to text.
A customer will be required to verify their phone number when utilizing Sell By Text as seen below.
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a text confirming their purchase and it will include the location to visit to use services or pick up products and will include their Account ID.
