Depending on the access level of an employee, the schedule can be viewed two ways. If an employee has been granted access to the company site only when in-store, they can still log into the company link with their assigned Username and Password to view their schedule ONLY. No other functions will be able to be performed. Once logged in they will click on the calendar icon as shown below. They can then enter a date range and enter a particular location if necessary.
Once logged in on location, the employee will go to STAFF > SCHEDULES to view their schedule. The screen that pops will show ONLY the shifts that an employee is scheduled for and which location. If the employee wants to view a particular location ONLY, then they will click on the "name of the location" they wish to view.
At all times, an employee can see the previous two week schedule, the current two week schedule, and the next two week schedule.
