Depending on the access level of an employee, the schedule can be viewed in two ways.
- If an employee uses his/her login name to log in from home but has been granted access only while connected to the salon network, Tan-Link will allow them to view their schedule ONLY. No other functions will be able to be performed.
They can then enter a date range and enter a particular location if necessary.

If the staff is logged into Tan-Link while connected to the salon's network, then the employee will go to STAFF > SCHEDULES to view their schedule.
The screen that pops up will show ONLY the shifts that an employee is scheduled for and which location. If the employee wants to view a particular location ONLY, then they will click on the "name of the location" they wish to view.
The employee can see the previous two-week schedule, the current two-week schedule, and the next two-week schedule.
