The TL App must be enabled and configured by support before it can be used.
After it is enabled, go to General Settings and search for 'TL App' to find all the options you can change.
Buttons can be enabled or disabled by setting them to 1 or 0 and messages can be set as well.
The link to the app can be sent from the customer's account by clicking on SEND TL APP LINK which sends a private link that the customer can use every time with just the code. If the customer forgets the code, they can put their name and number and receive a new code.
You can also set the option to send the App link to the customer when the join the salon automatically.
From this app the customer can view their account (including last 5 tans, what package they are on, when their next draft date is, what their draft amount is, what type of sessions they have left etc), check themselves in for curbside, book an appointment, access your online shop, update their billing or pay a past due, access your store hours and get directions to your location(s) and join your Text Club!
SKIP A PAYMENT can be enabled which is 1 month quick freeze.
