Credits and Agreements
Paid Credits: By default, credits are NOT enabled in your site. Once enabled and the credits set for each service by support, the site will require "X" number of credits to utilize each service. This will allow the customer to purchase credits to use multiple different types of equipment as long as they have enough credits, or will allow the customer to utilize credits to upgrade to higher level services. Credits will accumulate if multiple packages are purchased and do not expire. Any Paid Credits can be utilized for services, even when the account is on a freeze.
Use/Lose Credits Each Draft: These credits expire and renew on the next successful billing ONLY of an EFT or membership. They CANNOT be used while a customer is on a freeze.
Monthly Credits Each Draft: These credits do not expire, and can only be used if the membership is active and not on freeze. EFT Only option.
Agreements Required: This section is where you will attach the agreement(s) required to be initialed and signed upon the sale of a package. Certain agreements listed here come by default with your site, and would NEVER be attached to a package as they are associated with a certain ACTION being performed in Tan-Link i.e Autobill, Membership Change Policy, Freeze Policy, Unfreeze Policy, etc. SignatureRequired will automatically be prompted by the system and never needs to be attached or the customer will be required to sign twice.
