Pricing, Commissions, and Agreement
Pricing, Commissions, and Agreements: This section allows you to manage the Prices, different taxes, ISA, Bonus Bucks, and Credits (if used), along with the agreements required to be attached to each package for signing upon checkout.
Price, Tan Tax, Sales Tax, Other Tax:
This section is where you input the price and applicable taxes for the package.
As shown in the package above, the total draft amount the customer will be charged and will show on the customer account is $52.00.
Future Payment, Amount and Other Taxes:
This package is typically used for an Installment-Type Package where a customer would pay an initial price the day of the sale as Installment 1, and then draft a specific number of payments in a certain amount on the same date for the specified number of future payments. **This package is set up as a PrePaid, therefore, you must ensure to have billing on file, as the system will not prompt to update billing on the sale of the package. Future payments will actually appear as PENDING autobills on the customers sales history. These can be pre-paid and adjusted just like previously discussed for any other pending autobill in the Autobill Course.
# Of Future Payment: This will dictate how many future Installments or Autobill payments will be set up as pending to complete the full installment package purchase.
Future Payment Amount: Future Payment Amount (w/out taxes)
Future Payment Tan Tax: Tan Tax to be added to each payment
Future Payment Sales Tax: Sales Tax to be added to each payment
Future Payment Other Tax: Other Tax to be added to each payment
Commission1, Commission2, Upgrade Commission, Draft Commission: When a package is sold to the customer, the system is going to pull any of the commissions mentioned here, and apply it to the staff member that performed the transaction. **For Admins only, the commission will reflect on the customer's account for Commissions 1 and 2 only.
Commission1: Commission1 is only applicable in the case of upgrades or the purchase of sessions, credits or minutes packages. For example, when an existing EFT member purchases sessions the commission1 would be paid out.
Commission2: Commission2 is only applicable when a Walkin member is sold an EFT. For example, when a non-EFT member is sold an EFT, the staff member would be paid Commission2.
Upgrade Commission: Is applied when a lower price EFT member is upgraded to a higher price EFT.
Draft Commission: Draft Commission is paid to the staff member whom sold the membership, every time the customer drafts successfully.
To Summarize: Commission 1 and 2 are paid to the staff member at the time of sale. Upgrade Commission is paid when the customer switches from a lower level EFT to a higher level EFT. Draft Commission is paid upon successful drafts and can be viewed only by going to customer account > More Details>Account details/History.
