Equipment Access, Sessions and Expiration
Equipment Access for EFT
This section indicates which beds/groups you would like to give access to, hide or place credits to open up and can only be seen when an EFT package is selected.
If set as "Unlimited", customers with this EFT can use the beds under the group unlimited times.
If set as "Disallow", customers with this EFT will HIDE all of the beds under this group on the customer's screen if they have this EFT. Please take note that if you disallow a group, you won't be able to see it in the customer's account even for an upgrade or if purchased. If you want it to be seen, select a credit instead.
If Credits are NOT enabled on your site for purchase, set the credit limit to 1. The bed will appear on the customer's screen but won't be able to be set unless a purchase is made.
If Credits ARE enabled on your site, then you will set this to the required number of credits needed to open the access to the service.
In the example below, you'll see that the one in red is Unlimited, Violet has credits and Yellow says Disallow.
- All Level 1 showing in red will allow you to set the customer in the service.
- Levels 2, 4 and 5 are locked, but you can Override if you want to give access outside of the EFT.
- The Sunless is not being displayed.
In addition to unlimited sessions above, add these sessions on successful draft. Sessions do not roll over by default.
If you are not opting for unlimited access to all beds in a particular group level, you could set up sub-packages (Packages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
These sub-package sessions do not roll over to the next month (same as the use or lose or monthly credits) but will replenish every month upon a successful draft. Contact Support to set up the rollover of sessions.
This feature is to be used when a particular EFT or membership grants only a limited number of sessions of a specific service for the month, as opposed to unlimited usage.
The name of the package entered in the "Package 1" box as entered below will appear on the customer's account upon every successful draft and the services created in this package will be accessible ONLY for the number of sessions stipulated.
Once used, the service will become locked, unless a purchase is made.
Package 1: Name of the sub-package. The number of characters is limited here and will be cut off if too long. Typically these should be named Level 1 Sessions (if granting a number of sessions) or Level 1 (if granting 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, etc.) There is no need to put the number of sessions or the duration of the time in the package name.
The sub-package names cannot be the same for different package types. Ex: Prepaid packages could be called Level 2 in Package 1 while Walk-in Packages could be called Level 2 Sessions in Package 1. They both could not be called Level 2 or there will be deduction issues.
Beds in Package 1: Select all of the services that you want to open up for the customer upon successful draft of the EFT.
Number of Sessions: Total number of sessions that the client has access to any of the beds for this sub-package. Unused sessions will expire on the next billing date.
As for the example above, we have added Level 2 - Limited Access Sub-package with 2 sessions per month to a Level 1 Unlimited Package.
As for the beds available, you will see that all the red ones are Level 1. It says "Uses 0 CR" which means unlimited use. The violet box is Level 2 and Uses 1 Session every time you set a bed.
Once the customer uses the max sessions per month, the Level 2 will be closed.
