DEVELOPER: How to setup Chrome on a client's computer – Tan-Link

Download and install chrome from the https://www.google.com/chrome/

SETUP THE BOOKMARKS

First, enable the Bookmarks Toolbar in chrome if it's not visible. This is the bookmarks toolbar on top.

To enable/disable it, press ALT-V-T-B which is ALT > VIEW > TOOLBARS > BOOKMARKS TOOLBAR shortcut.

To create a bookmark, right-click on that toolbar and choose New Bookmark

Label the first bookmark as Tan-Link and it should point to their main site as shown below.

The second bookmark should be labeled Tan-Link Backup and point to their second site, which is the number 2 after the site name. In the above example, that link would be http://mysalonname2.tan-link.com

The third bookmark should be labeled Tan-Link Offline and the link should be as follows:

http://tmaxserver:8000/?cid=<sitename>

Replace site name with the client's site, in this example, it would look like this:

http://tmaxserver:8000/?cid=mysalonname

ADJUST SCREEN SIZE

Use CTRL + and CTRL - to adjust screen size on chrome as necessary.
