Remote Timer Upgrade

This upgrade must by completed by November 7, 2025 on all TMAX computers.

To complete, follow these steps:

1. On your TMAX computer, log into your Tan-Link site, navigate to the menus on the left side, select Staff > Timer > Detect Timer. It should select Local Timer.

   

2. If not, stop and contact support. If yes, proceed.
3. Navigate to the Help menu on the left site and select Download TL Remote Timer Upgrade Installer.

5. This file will download to your Downloads folder. To find, search File Explorer then double click Downloads and see the TL Remote Timer Upgrade Installer. Be sure to use the newest download of the installer.

6. Right click on the TL Remote Timer Upgrade Installer and select Run as administrator. You may see an additional window open that requires you to click Show More then Run Anyway. Then this window will open.

   

7. Select Next. It will complete some automatic steps then show this window.

   

8. Click OK then this window will open.

   

9. Type your site name then press enter.
10. It will complete the upgrade. Then test beds from the salon computers and a computer or phone outside of the salon.
