Please contact Support to enable the Collections Agency Contact on your site.
To set up the Collection settings, go to General Settings.
To set up the email ID for the collections agency, please Go to General Settings>Collections Agency Contact
Change the email id in the Settings box to the one you would like the collections email to be sent to and save it.
Sending an Account to Collections:
Go to Customers>Collections & Past Dues
Select the customer from the list.
The Customer's Account will display.
Click on Collections.
An email to the Collections Agency will be generated.
Select the agreements you would like to send to the collections email id and click on "Send to Collections"
You can also review other collection options by entering Collection in Heading under General Settings.
