Start freeing your team's time and your time by allowing customers to get an automatic response via text to see the last time they tanned or how many sessions are left on their account.
Use the text keywords to provide customers with a quick glance at their account or a special promo for that day. Auto-responses via SMS are sent when your customer texts your phone number with the keywords #lasttan, #tans, and #tannow.
Below are the auto-respond texts that can be used:
#lasttan - This will respond with the last time they tanned in your salon.
#tans - Let customers find out what sessions are left on their account so they feel free to step in.
#tannow - When that keyword is texted in, the customer receives the response you previously set for this option. You can use it to provide info, promos, deals for the day, or anything that comes to your mind.
This option allows you to type in the automatic response to be sent.
The auto-response text is available for you to edit by going to General Settings >General Settings >Click SEARCH >Under Heading, type Automatic SMS Response >Press ENTER. You will see the following options:
-Automatic SMS Response - Message.
This is the automatic response sent to a message texted to your number.
-Automatic SMS Response - Keyword.
The promo keyword is #tannow by default and can be set in this option. This is the keyword that will be texted by the customer to receive the response you already set under Automatic SMS Response - Message.
You can set each of the options above by clicking on the option >Click Change >Edit the Setting Box as needed >Click Save.
