TL Bot allows you to automatically handle freezes and cancellations online, either on your website or on your online store.
Please contact support to enable the options that best suit your business model.

All Options
Once the TL Bot has been set up on your site, go to General Settings > General Settings and search for 'TL Bot' to see all the messages you can change that are displayed on the chatbot. Once the chatbot is enabled, it will appear automatically on your online store as an icon at the bottom right of the screen as shown below.
Your customers can click on it and go through the options you set up.
Freeze Option
If the customer chooses to freeze, the account will automatically be frozen with the number of months they specified and the dates adjusted accordingly. Please see the guide below on how to set it up for use: https://tan-link.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043053831
Cancel Option
By default, TL Bot cancellations are not performed automatically so you have a chance to review and adjust the request manually. Please contact support to enable automatic cancelation.
Allow Automatic cancelation?
If the automatic cancellation is enabled for the TL bot, the cancellation order will process without any further steps if the TL bot draft requirements are met from the EFT package settings.
If auto cancel is not enabled, the TL bot only accepts the cancellation request, and then it requires cancelation to be completed on your end. This includes collecting the agreement's signature and completing the cancellation form. The cancellation request is forwarded as a sticky note to the login name noted in the TL Bot options.
