The left window pane is where you can see the customer's picture as well as update it if required.
You can also see the customer's name, address, telephone numbers, email address, date of birth, the location they signed up and a few other details.
You can also click on the name, address, and other details to update the information. After you update it, press enter to save.
The top center shows you the type of package the customer is currently on. In this example, the name of the membership is Tan It All. The customer is on an EFT that charges $69.95 each month and $5.00 when the account is on freeze.
Last Tan: This is the last time they used services in the store.
Last Purchase: This shows their last purchase.
Total Purchase: The amount of total purchase on this account. Hovering over it will show you the break down.
Next Draft Date: This is the next time the customer's EFT will draft the amount shown next to the membership name above.
Membership Start Date: This is when the most recent membership has started.
Last Tan Date: This is when the customer's EFT services will end. After this date, the customer is automatically moved from their current EFT to Walkin Member which is the default non-EFT package.
Freeze Dates: The start and end of the period during which the customer's account is on freeze. During the freeze, the freeze charge ($5.00 in the example above) will be charged on the draft date instead of the full amount listed.
Freeze must start 1-day before draft date and must end 1-day before draft resumes. Setting the date the same as the draft date will cause the system to skip that draft (because the customer will still be on freeze).
In-Store Account Money (ISA): This is money available as credit on the account and can be used for purchases in the system. During checkout, you will be given an option to use In-Store account money as a payment method. It also shows you when the ISA will expire.
Autobill Limit: If available, this customer is given credit to allow billing of any product or service at a later date. Card on file is required to use Autobilling and limits are adjustable.
These icons allow you to request reviews from a customer by text. You can request reviews for Google, Facebook and Yelp.
The two buttons Sell by Text and Sell by Email are enabled if you have the online-store enabled. These allow you to text a customer specific products or services that they can pay by clicking on a link sent.
If the customer has packages other than the EFT such as walkin sessions, credits etc, those will show up here. An admin can click on the sessions to adjust the count, and can also manually add a package using the ADD PACKAGE button.
This is where you can set a bed or session in any equipment for the customer. The drop-downs will either show the number of minutes a bed can be set, or it may show you the name of the session if its a sunless or other type of equipment.
The equipment is distributed by levels. For example in this picture, 09 - Matrix is a Level 5 bed (UV5).
The green shade behind a bed indicates that this is the next bed in the rotation and should be chosen over a different bed at the same level. This ensures even distribution of bed usage at the same level which is desirable when its time to change the lamps.
This icon is a waitlist and allows you to place a customer on the list by clicking on it. The same icon will appear on the top navigation bar when its time to set someone in a bed. It will show you who is waiting on the equipment.
The bed is showing that it Uses 0 CR meaning 0 credits. This indicates that the customer is able to use this equipment as part of their membership and no credits are required. It might show other information about how many credits or sessions will be used up when this equipment is used.
This shows the tanning or service history of the customer. It shows the date and time of the service, the employee who checked them in, and details of the equipment use.
The ADD NOTE button allows you to add a public note to this account that all staff can view. Any time a tan is over-ridden, a note as shown above will be added to the account. Notes can be deleted by admins using the trash icon before the note.
This shows all the orders and activities on the account. The above picture shows a product sold on that date and time by that employee. The product was sold for $23. If any bonus is paid on this sale, the admin can view it below the amount.
If you take the mouse over the amount, it will show you the breakdown of the payment as shown above.
This order was paid on 6/30/2019. If the order was autobilled, you may see Pending or Declined instead of paid.
The icons above are all attached to an order or agreement on the account.

Open up the PDF for the order, or the agreement. This can be printed.
Redo agreement. This will erase the existing agreement and force a re-signature. Use in case the signature was not good or not provided.
