Live Support is available to anyone logged into Tan-Link during Support hours.
Click on the Chat icon on the top of your Tan-Link site to request assistance with any of the following issues.
1. Beds not setting.
2. Billing Issue.
3. Equipment/Package access issues.
4. Inventory Issue
5. Other - (General Questions)
If you step away, your chat session will expire after 5 minutes of inactivity.
If you share your emaiñl with the support staff, you’ll receive a copy of the conversation by email.
After the chat expires, you can still scroll up to view it here as long as this window stays open.
- Highly complex requests coming through Live Chat often exceed the intended time limit and ultimately need to be converted into tickets anyway, delaying resolution for everyone.
