How To Check a Customer In

After the account is pulled up, Tan-Link will show all the equipment available to the customer on the right side.

Each equipment listed is organized in groups as determined by the Admin. As an example, there are three beds at level 3 (indicated by UV3. They are in room numbers 4, 10 and 13 and the names are VIP3200, Sundazzler and KBL5600. These beds are available to the customer and use no credits (indicated by USES 0 CR). The bed in the center has a green background indicating that this is the next bed in rotation to equally distribute bed usage.  If the customer has no preference, select the bed that is indicated in green.

To set the bed 10 for 6 minutes for example, use the drop down list as shown below.

Once the proper time has been selected, you will be asked to confirm the time or code as shown below:

If the equipment is a sunless booth, you may see a variety of options to choose from as shown below. Simply select the option requested.
