To complete, please follow these steps on your TMAX computer ONLY:
THIS ONLY NEEDS COMPLETED ONCE.
Please do not complete the steps below on secondary computers.
Log into your Tan-Link site, navigate to the menus on the left side, select Staff > Timer > Check if Local Timer is selected as shown below.
- If so, STOP. No further action is needed. If not, proceed.
- Find the 3 dots on the top right of your Google Chrome Window that looks like this
Then go to Help > About Google Chrome and verify that you are running the latest version of Chrome. It should look like this and show Chrome is up to date.
- If Chrome is not up to date, you must update it and then click on the Relaunch button to restart Chrome.
- After Chrome has restarted, go to your site in Tan-Link and login first.
In Chrome, click on the double circle line icon to the left of your site name in the address bar that looks like this:
Then click on Site settings at the bottom
Scroll all the way down to find Local network access and set that to Allow as shown below:
- Close the Settings window.
Log into your Tan-Link site, navigate to the menus on the left side, select Staff > Timer > Detect Timer. It should select Local Timer as shown below.
- If it does not detect Local Timer, you can stop here and contact Support.
- If it does select Local Timer, refresh the page and verify that you are able to view and set your beds properly from the TMAX computer. If not, contact Support.
