To add or update checklists, Go to General Settings > Features > Checklists
From this feature, Tan-link allows you to set up opening/closing/daily checklist items for your staff and the ability to have them mark items completed once done. It also also allows the ability to require a response to be entered for an item to be marked competed. Once the checklists are enabled, it appears on the home page screen.
Title and Description: In title and description, you can add what that checklist is all about.
Required Only For These Employees (comma separated): If the checklists is supposed to be followed by some particular staff members only, their login names can be added here separated by a comma. This is very valuable if there are certain checklist tasks ONLY completed by managers. ONLY the employees added will see this checklist item pop up if logged in.
Response Required: This is set to "yes" if you require a written response when the item in the checklist is completed. If this is set to Yes, use the description to ask questions, for which you would require a response.
Club Location: From here you will select which of the location the checklist item should appear at. Sometimes different locations have different services which require different checklist items, or the times may be different.
Day of the week: If the checklists are day specific, then the respective days can be selected here. The checklist item will be displayed on the home screen ONLY on the selected days.
Time of Day: You can specify the exact time of the day the checklist item will appear, and also is supposed to be completed.The time will be formatted in military time.
Overdue in Minutes: The minutes specified here, is the amount of time they have to complete the checklist item after the item appears on the home screen. If not completed in that duration of time, it will appear in Red as past due on the home page.
To set up who will receive a summary of what was completed from the Checklist as a Sticky in Tan-Link, go to General Settings > Edit Automatic Reports > Select [Checklist Items] then click Change. Put the Login Name(s) separated by comma of who is to receive the summary in the To box. If you have set up to integrate with the BaseCamp application, whomever is entered here will then receive these through BaseCamp.
