This guide includes information on how to track stock that has already been shipped.
Please review our guide on how to ship and receive stock between locations if this step is not complete on your end: https://tan-link.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046384671-Shipping-and-Receiving-of-Stock-for-Multi-Salon-Locations
You can review and track any stock moves under Products > View Stock History.
Here you will see the shipping and receiving activity.
If the items were all shipped correctly, then you will see entries like the one below where everything matched up and there were no problems.
However, if there were items shipped that were not received correctly (quantity, location, etc.), then you can search for those items.
When you move the stock, you will specify how many you are moving or shipping and to which location.
For example, if you want to see all items that were shipped but not yet received, search for Shipped Quantity > 0 and Received Quantity = 0 as shown below.
Likewise, if you want to search for items that were received in error and never shipped, you can search for Shipped Quantity = 0 and Received Quantity > 0
You can also search by product name to see all activity on that product or search by location, person shipping/receiving, etc.
If you want to search shipments by date, you can do so by using the YEAR-MONTH-DAY format. For example, if you want to see all shipments received in July 2020, you can search the Received On field and search for 2020-07.
Once the error in shipping or receiving has been resolved, you can delete the incorrect entry and adjust the correct entry to show the items received. For example, the following shows 2 items being shipped from Office to Avery Ranch, but only 1 being received.
Once you have resolved the issue with the mismatch, you can delete the incorrect entry and update the correct entry.
In this case, let's say MaryF made a mistake and did receive the 2 items, you can delete the 2nd entry, and change the first entry manually to indicate that 2 items were received by MaryF, or you can receive the stock again at that location to reconcile the shipment.
