The custom search report lets you generate a report according to the fields of your preference based on Checkin History, Customer Info, Customer Packages, Account Notes, Membership Type, Orders and EFT/Autobill History. To enable this feature, please contact Support.
Here is a list of the common fields that you can add in the Custom Search Report:
Customer's Checkin History
- Checkin History : Bed Name - the name of the bed that the customer used when he/she checked in
- Checkin History : Location - the location of the salon where the customer checked in (this is for salons with multiple locations)
- Checkin History : Date - the date when the customer checked in
- Checkin History : Employee Name - the employee who checked in the customer
- Customer : Birth Day - customer's birthday that is indicated in his/her profile
- Customer : Bonus Bucks - the amount of bonus bucks in the customer's account
- Customer : Cell Phone - customer's mobile number
- Customer : Location - customer's location
- Customer : Date Joined - the date when the customer signed up for the membership
- Customer : Email Address - customer's email address
- Customer : First Name - customer's first name
- Customer : Freeze Ends - the date when the account is unfrozen
- Customer : Freeze Starts - the date when the account was frozen
- Customer : Home Phone - customer's phone number
- Customer : How Heard About Us - customer's answer to the question on how they knew about the salon
- Customer : ISA Balance - customer's ISA balance
- Customer : Last Name - customer's last name
- Customer : Last Checkin - customer's last checking date
- Customer : Membership Start Date - customer's membership start date
- Customer : Next Draft Amount - the amount that will be charged to the customer on the next draft
- Customer : Next Draft Date - the next date where Tan-link will be charging the customer
- Customer : Past Due Amount - the unsettled amount by the customer
- Customer : Referred By - a person or entity who referred your salon to the customer
- Customer : Special Note - any special note on the account
- Customer : Work Phone - work phone number provided by the customer
- Membershiptype : Membership Desc - Name of the package that the customer is on
- Membershiptype : Membership Level - The membership level that the customer is on
- Account Notes : Location - Salon's location for salons with multiple stores
- Account Notes : Date/Time - The date and time of a particular note
- Account Notes : Employee Name - the name of the employee who created a note on the customer's account
- Account Notes : Note - the note that the employee created on the customer's account
- Orders : Date - the date of the order
- Orders : Employee Name - the employee who processed the order
- Orders : Order Type - the order type
- EFT/Autobill History : Approved (>=1 is approved) - If the order went through
- EFT/Autobill History : Draft Date - the date when the account drafted
- EFT/Autobill History : Draft Type - the draft type if credit card or not
- EFT/Autobill History : Type Of Charge - if month to month billing or any other type of charge
To generate a custom report, go to Reports > Custom Report under Other Reports.
On the left side of the screen, you'll see a list of customer fields. You can search a field by entering it in the search box. Click on a field to add it on the report.
You could further filter the information retrieved in the report by setting the filters just like on the image below. You could filter the report by accounts where freeze date is greater than a specific date.
Once done, click on Retrieve Data to export a report.
